Adam is in his mid-twenties, thin and very tall--6'5"--with black hair, dark eyes and extremely fastidious grooming. Not a bad-looking guy, even with that straight-out-of-middle-school haircut.

Adam was one of CTU's higher-ranking computer experts throughout Season 3 of 24, serving directly under the Special Agent in Charge as the head of administrative support. Then, the folks in charge sent him to a tech conference in Langley.

While he was gone, the vast majority of the human race died of a fast-acting superflu.

Post-apocalypse, Adam ended up living above a bar in a small town in Wisconsin with approximately 35 other survivors, an endless supply of vampires, the occasional zombie invasion, and a soul-sucking haunted hospital. Somehow, most of them managed to escape to the Nexus through a dimensional rip, and Adam is currently trying to settle back into the CTU of a different universe and hope that they don't notice anything weird.

He's a prickly sort of guy, known for being difficult to work with. He takes immense pride in his computer skills--almost exclusively in said skills--to the point where he refuses to accept help even from people whose job it is to assist him. He's a workaholic, as is kinda necessary when one insists on doing everything by oneself, and his social skills...leave a bit to be desired. He doesn't have much of a sense of humor and he likes to bicker with people over stupid shit.

This is where he stays when he's at outsideinn.

Adam Kaufman is from 24, and is the property of Joel Surnow and the 24 producers. RP-wise, he is a veteran of the now-defunct hell_wisconsin.
